Through the grand reception, guests are invited to unwind in a bright and spacious restaurant and discover the chic Parisian elements that make the atmosphere at Chez Charles Restaurant so unique. The décor is dominated by calm colors, plush velvet chairs, large brasserie-style wall mirrors. The lighting elements, central chandelier and art works were carefully selected to enhance the conviviality of the space. A large verrière allows the gourmands to watch the talented chefs and in-house team create colorful recipes and mouthwatering patisseries. The walls are adorned with quotes taken from Charles’ favorite French songs adding a ‘je ne sais quoi’ feel to the space. Because it is the cuisine that defines ‘Chez Charles’, the restaurant environment is characterised by a play on transparency and reflection.
